  Truely a great little pocket of the Menangle Community. The carpark is big enough to invite all your friends and their friends down. When you pull up you start to think. Why is there such a large carpark? Then you realise that it's because they had space to build it. Be aware of the long steep hill to get down to the water. Do not recommend climbing this without a light or a torch. If you going down there late at night for a bit of you know what with your better half. Hey? ;) But it is a place where you think, hey, I should bring a book and read it here, but then that idea is shot down pretty quickly because you realise that you don't have a book that you are currently reading. Otherwise. Great place to relax.

  A good spot for a picnic and paddling and canoing. If you have time, wander up the river bank and investigate Menangle Weir and historic Menangle Rail Bridge.
